Storyline

The assets of Lord Brett Sinclair also include Greensleeves, an old manor house, which was inhabited in recent years only by an old butler. By chance, the Lord finds out that the property has undergone a complete renovation, without his knowledge.

Together with his friend, Danny Wilde, he enters the house through a secret passage. As the two find letter addressed to a theatrical agent in which the order is placed to find an actor very much alike to Lord Brett Sinclair, the two are more than surprised. What trickery may well be going on here.

Lord Sinclair decides to apply for grants as an alleged actor and is, what a surprise, due to the striking similarity, also accepted. What so far promised some fun develops hereafter to something bloody serious.
