Storyline

The scream of a woman from a forest causes Lord Brett Sinclair to immediately come to the rescue of the fair maiden. Brett unexpectedly falls into the trap and is knocked down from behind, which makes him sink into oblivion.

Escaped from unconsciousness, his goal is of course to escape, but het is thwarted by re-use of force on the part of his captors. The next time he opens his eyes, he finds himself in his Aston Martin DBS in front of his flat in London. His friend, Danny Wilde, tells him later that he had been missing for seven days.

Lord Sinclair does not believe this statement and the disagreement dispute develops into a brawl. The American Danny Wilde finds the strange behaviour of his friend inexplicable and cannot escape the suspicion that he could possibly have a double.
