Storyline

Sheldon visits the Remington Steele Detective Agency. According to his story, he works for the CIA. Furthermore, he barely escaped being shot during an attack initiated by a female killer.

His assignment is for the detectives to find out who has threatened his life. He does not consider it impossible that the CIA wants to get rid of him. Laura Holt talks to Sheldon's fiance Lucille Swanson and her father. She is being followed on the way back and suspects that the CIA is after her.

Both Remington Steele, her client and herself go initially into hiding. Further investigations lead the detective duo to the CIA agent Eugene Price. He claims that Sheldon is neither known by the CIA or employed there.

Shortly after, a bomb attack targets Remington Steele’s car. Laura Holt realizes that the personal nurse of Sheldon's fiance, Lucille Swanson, was the assassin.

During the wedding both Remington, Laura and CIA agent Price want to set a trap for the killer in order to convict them. In addition, they finally want to find out why Sheldon was supposed to die.
